It took me longer than expected to get to Defiance OH from Ann Arbor Mich so I goofed up their schedule. They were going to try to get a crew out to me by 7;00pm, but they called at 9;00pm to tell me the crew had just finished a job and were 2 hours away. I said it was only 2 lateral file cabinets and it wasn't worth having them not get home until 1;00am for that. They said they would get someone there in the morning. They arrived at 7;00am and were professional and polite, carried the file cabinets in by hand and put them where I wanted them. They were awesome! I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone wanting help with their moving.

They sent two people who had no idea how to pack a truck. Slow as could be. Probably because someone was constantly looking at there phone. The crew who unloaded me couldn’t even believe how badly it was packed. Several pieces of furniture were scratched or chipped.
