Great company with professional movers. Good communication, and when I had to switch my moving date to another day, they were very flexible and understanding. They came on time, and made sure not to damage any items or walls during the move. I recommend them and would use them in the future.

I’ve hired movers from this website multiple times before and have had exceptional experiences! Unfortunately this time was not one of them. My movers said I got the wrong sized truck although I went by U-Haul’s recommendation for a 1 bedroom apartment. They said my apartment wouldn’t fit and they could only take the important things. They loaded the truck with no strategy. There was still space but they told me nothing else would fit. When they got to the unload, they said the furniture wouldn’t fit through the door or stairwell. They did not attempt. They just left my furniture outside. Said that’s all they could do, they were finished. Only 2 of the 3 hours were used. They pressured me for the payment code. I was by myself so unfortunately I released payment because I was uncomfortable. After they left, I attempted to move one piece of furniture by myself and was successful. I contacted them to say that I was able to fit it through the stairwell and door just fine, and asked if they
