Aaron and Michael did a great job loading all our stuff. They seemed skilled and experienced. Communication throughout the process was excellent. We had a LOT of stuff, and they gave us a discount on the extra time that was required to load everything. One part of the baseboard next to our stairway got damaged during the move. This is understandable (I know accidents happen, especially when moving lots of bulky items.) But they didn’t tell us that this had happened; I noticed it myself later.
