To start, the company would not contact me regarding the move. I had to find and reach out to them to ask if they were even coming. Asked movers to arrive at 930. They arrived at 1130. The man I was in contact with was very rude and unprofessional over our phone calls and over text. Made my move in day 10 times more stressful by their lack of solid communication and lack of professionalism. DO NOT HIRE.

Despite the short notice, I got first got a 5pm eta but then a callback after a couple hours saying they we ready to go if I was. Laquan and Wayne went above and beyond - they knew what to move in what order, how to pack a tight vehicle and cared for my items as if they were theirs. Wouldn’t wish more from a company. Thank you for taking care of me!

We had an outstanding experience with our afternoon movers and highly recommend them. Wayne and Laquan were professional, efficient, and great to work with. Due to delays from our morning movers, we were running behind schedule. When I contacted dispatch, Randy was understanding and communicative. Although they were already en route and had other jobs scheduled, he assured us they were happy to wait. Randy even followed up to make sure we connected and thanked us for choosing their company. We arrived about 30 minutes late, but Wayne and Laquan immediately got to work and unloaded the U-Haul quickly and efficiently. They handled everything with care and organized our storage unit exactly as requested for easy future access. Their professionalism and flexibility truly stood out. We will absolutely book them again when we move out of storage.
