Excellent communication from day 1. I liked the follow-up text message asking for more details regrading job. They also stayed in contact prior too arriving. Very high level of attention to detail. They wanted to insure they understood the scope of our move so things would go smoothly and they could be prepared when they arrived. Very flexible and accommodating with me to work around my schedule and willing to adjust if necessary. The two movers that arrived on site were professional and very courteous. They arrived when they said they would, Both were very careful with our belongings when loading ubox. They insured loaded securely and didn't waste any time. I didn't have one concern with with company. I would hire then again and highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you....you were great to work with.

I highly recommend 21 Express. I was helping my dad move out of Michigan from several states away and didn't realize we needed locks for his U-box. The team from 21 Express thoughtfully pointed this out to me. We coordinated from there. They bought locks and mailed me the keys; what above and beyond service!

21 Express came an hour late. When they arrived, they didn't have gloves or the necessary tools to do the job. They asked if I had anything they could borrow. They also lost screws to my bed, so it was not put together and it seems to be broken now. They also broke a pane of glass from one of my pieces of furniture. There was no offer to pay for the damage. These two men were very young and did not seem to have much training. I had more to move but I called another company to complete the rest of the job. Would not recommend.
