SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS the owner did not complete the move - they left a large number of items in a storage unit that the owner said he would take care of and remove. One of the helpers was on their phone for most of the time paid, items were improperly loaded and several furniture pieces arrived damaged. as they were improperly wrapped. awful company. when I complained to the owner, they denied responsibility and blocked my phone number

They were over 2.5 hours late. Though they did bring an extra two guys to get it done quickly. Overall it was pretty disappointing.

This moving crew comes with my highest recommendation. I had to move my furniture from a storage unit in Indiana and had hired help to load the truck. Not only did those helpers never show up, but their phone was turned off all day and they were completely unreachable. I ended up loading the truck myself — as a woman — with only a friend who already has back issues. It took hours, and I arrived very late in Grand Rapids. The Grand Rapids crew understood the difficult situation I was in. They patiently waited for me to arrive, unloaded the entire trailer quickly, and moved every box exactly where I needed it. I can’t recommend them enough — hardworking, respectful, and incredibly understanding people. If I could, I would give them 10 stars.
