Mr BigStuff is an excellent moving company. Jae was quick to respond, got me set up quickly, and kept me updated. 3 guys (Keith, Rodney and Davon) were able to show up early to load and then unload my belongings. Very nice guys, professional and easy to talk to. I would hire them again if needed and would recommend them to family and friends.

Even though I didn't get unload and reloaded to unload again...it was not the fault of the company that I didn't have access to the storage...I still paid them full price for the two hours. Because I wanted to be fair honest and courtesy of their time and effort...I really appreciated them understanding everything I have been through
