They were professional, quick, and skilful in packing and moving all my items. I have a 9ft couch and a 6ft couch. They had to bring it in and stand it straight up. Then rotate it around and bring it down the stairwell. There was just barely enough for them to do so. They removed the front door and the storm door spring. They removed the basement door to make sure they had as much room as they could to get those couches downstairs. These guys are great!

Professional all the way! Unfortunately, I was late getting to Ann Arbor, Michigan from Defiance, Ohio. Partly due to the fact it snowed the night before, not a lot but enough that I had to wait until the Cargo Van I rented got warmed up and the windshield cleared so I could drive it. Then when the crew was trying to call me to see where I was, my phone would hang up after 1 ring. The next day I found out it was a setting on my cell phone to not take calls when I was using the map for navigation. I finally got to the destination, and they had been there for an hour already. Like all the other U-Haul help I have used, they were STRONG and got right to business. No standing around! They're very careful with the furniture! They removed two wood lateral filing cabinets from an office and loaded them into my van. These things weighed about 100 lbs each. They picked them up, with the drawers in, no 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler. I recommend them to everyone looking for help moving.
