Communication was outstanding at first, with a form to fill out detailing the nature of our move sent to us right after we booked the movers. We didn't, however, hear anything from the movers in the week before our move, until I contacted them the day before to inquire when they would show up for the job.

Rohn and Luis were just the best!! They did an excellent job and were just so kind. They packed everything really well and know just how to make the most of the space. I hope when I get to Texas I get the same treatment. Ryan was great at communicating. West Michigan's Finest Movers is a company I would suggest to other. My only complaint is with U Haul. I paid for 3 hours and the guys were done in less than two. I should get my money back for that unused hour. I did not know how long it would take and feel that is taking advantage of people!!
