I was not aware that the person that contacted me initially would not be the person helping with my move. The movers sent to help me called to say they would be late - arriving 45 minutes later than the scheduled start time. Upon arriving one mover sat in the car on his phone for a further 5-10 minutes without ever acknowledging me. Aside from these two issues they were fast, and although I had to pay for 2 hours they were done in an hour.
