I had the team load items in Michigan for a move to California. They put unprotected antique dining chairs on top of the U-box contents, which caused them to rub against other furniture and the sides of the box, causing chips and scratches that I discovered when they were delivered. There were MANY extra moving blankets just thrown in the box which could have been used to wrap the chairs. Other items were wrapped as directed, so I don't understand why they skipped the chairs. They were helpful and communicative, but ultimately, having my items arrive in good condition was most important. I'm so disappointed.

The crew was great. They actually arrived earlier, although I wasn't quite ready. They unloaded my container and put everything where I asked them to put it. No damage to any of my things, nor the house. They even helped with assembling a few pieces. All within 2 hours.
