One item (cocktail table) was loaded sideways directly on the floor of the truck without pads. Item was damaged, completely scratched. Was not thought through very well.

The job was set up for 2 workers and 3 showed up and they were so polite and helpful throughout the entire job, they came in and took a look at what was to be loaded and went right to work. As they worked they let us know how they were doing it and asked we needed anything loaded a specific way, if your looking for help with a job call them they'll treat you like family.

I was extremely happy with the whole overall experience. The movers were nice, helpful, understanding of the chaos they was walking into. They were careful with my fragile stuff.. but they were efficient and MOST of all quick. I will definitely be using them again.
