After another Moving Help company no-showed on us, this company helped us last minute, working late till everything was done. Appreciate their help so very much! They were professional, friendly, and took good care of my stuff as moving it. Definitely recommend!

I had originally scheduled my move for a morning slot online. I loved that this company supported Veterans. When I called the company directly to confirm this job, they informed me they already had another job the morning I scheduled but they 'will be available after 2;30 PM.' I had said 2;30 worked well for me and I figured they would come in the afternoon. On the day of the move, they texted me at 2;49 PM stating they were still on their first job. They didn't show up until 10;20 PM! They stated that their earlier customer had only booked a 3-hour slot but required an 8-hour load and unload move. They denied that their company could've prevented this issue. Either Moving Help or this company needs to re-evaluate how they book jobs and the vetting process of clients. Although they were almost seven hours late, the team was very nice and apologetic. I understand their team was tired from a long day but I would not hire them again.

I booked them around noon and we moved at 630pm. Movers came on time and got the job done. They were also very professional. They made sure to protect my carpeted steps. I'll recommend
