We are a local family owned business based from Lansing. Were taking jobs from all over the state of mi including some parts of Ohio and Indiana. We specialize in multiple services including loading, unloading and packing trucks, trailers and U Boxs we also can assemble and disassemble while maintaining the safety in our clients household items.

Besides the 11-18pm confirmation text the day prior that had us worried no one would arrive to unload all went well. They showed on time and did everything we asked. However we actually added 2 more hours to the 2 we originally booked due to the stairs and not realizing unloading is a bit easier than loading trying to fit every single box and make it fit like a puzzle, they completed the job just in the original booked 2 hours. Unsure what to do we tried contacting Uhaul, however their support was extremely slow and unhelpful. I then asked the movers if they were able to edit the time on their end, he said yes and showed me his phone where it did in fact say only 2 hrs so trusting that, we went ahead and gave them the payment code so they would get paid out from Uhaul, only to find out he manipulated it some how and still charged us for the 4 hours. This is even after giving a significant tip to each mover.

They were extremely helpful and such a relaxing move! I had such a stressful day and they made it go so smooth and I was extremely grateful!!

The movers were polite, but the overall experience fell short. They arrived later than scheduled and moved slower than we had hoped. A dresser was dented during the move, but no accountability was taken for the damage. Unfortunately, the job was not near finished, and the crew was unable to stay longer to complete what we needed. While we appreciated their friendliness, the service did not meet our expectations, and we would not recommend them based on this experience.
