I had a reservation for 12, they didn't show up until right before 2. I had bedroom furniture on the second floor, and it was very difficult for them to get it down. They were pretty careless with my furniture, as they were bumping it into the walls and ceiling. They scratched up two of dressers, and bed frame, as well as left marks on my old places walls.
