These two men were great! I drove my U-Haul from Indianapolis and the loaders there didn’t secure my load, left me devastated! These two men helped me even with topled over boxes and broken glass. They were careful with my items even though everything was a mess! I’d definitely use their services again

OK with boxes. Never seem to think to use furniture pads unless one of us explicitly, instructed them to. Add shaped items and tables. Patio furniture was pretty much a jumble. Many voids in the truck leading to us having to rent additional equipment, which was similarly packed. no one seem to be in charge. Many repetitions of instructions as to what was supposed to be moved from what rooms. All the folks on the crew were very nice and pleasant, but they needed a crew, chief and someone with experience to plan how the contents of our house would most efficiently go in a truck.

The mover broke several large glass vases, dented a refrigerator and broke the leg off of a hall table. They also left a gentleman's dresser at the base of the stairs promising to come back when they had the tools necessary to move upstairs. They have not responded to a single text message since March 1. They got paid so at this point any professionalism they had went out the door.
