I received confirmation and updated calls. Terrence and his crew were timely on arrival; polite and informative. They worked in unison and were able to pack both pods with all of my belongings. I was sure I had more than what would fit but Terrence assured me they’d have everything packed in tight and ready to go. They did an amazing job in the time frame quoted. We had a rocky start where I was unsure if they were going to be available on the day of the move, but we got it worked out. There was also some kind of problem with the payment process and I ended up having to CashApp them a balance for them having to make multiple trips to get both containers on site to load.

It was confirmed they will come at 10 AM on the day of my moving, they will arrive. On the day of moving, 10 AM came by. No one showed up and I called about the update. They told me they having a delay because of their current customer and they will arrive to my location at 11 AM. The time came by, no one showed up and no calls. I called again, they said the same thing that the latest they’ll be at my location is at 12-12;30. While I tried to be patient and understanding, when noon came by no one was here! Again, I called then they told me the movers are having issues and says they will be at my location in two hours, which was at 3;30PM when they arrived! wasted my time waiting, most of the work was my family members and. I while they carried the main furnitures. I asked for at least a few refund for not being on time and waiting for so many hours & they told me they cannot! 5 out of 5 stars for the helpers, but 0 for the company, poor communication, and delays! Not Express to me!

Bethlehem, Terrance, Devante, and Mr Hatfield at the U-haul franchise on Hastings in Eau Claire WI were all helpful, professional, and trustworthy. The moving team was polite and very careful with our belongings. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND!!
