Appreciated their call when they were running late. Was only expecting 2 movers and the same 4 showed up that had loaded the previous day. It was hard to monitor & keep up with telling them where to place things. Even though it would have taken longer, I would have rather had only 2 people on the unload. The biggest feedback again as on the load was some carelessness, dropping a few things, hopefully none of the boxes had fragile items in. There was good communication during the process. We had tipped all 4 movers with cash the previous day after loading and didn't feel the overall job they did deserved anything more.

Was only expecting 2 people but 4 people showed up. It wasn't as hard to have so many on the loading (vs unloading the next day the same situation & shared on that review)- it did take less overall time so we could get to the new place earlier to clean longer. But there were a few down times for 1-2 movers, allow they maybe needed a little recovery time since some of our book boxes were pretty heavy. Occasionally a mover would play with the furniture dolly. We were disappointed to see them drop the hope chest a short distance; I don't think there was significant damage to that. The biggest disappointment was we hadn't covered the dining room table top (like we thankfully did the legs & all of the chairs, or they would probably have been damaged as well, the way they jammed things in between legs) & they didn't place a moving pad on top before placing something on it which scratched it some. Despite this & some carelessness, we did tip with cash this day (but not the unload).

I was disappointed with the service. Several items were damaged in the move. One of the workers kept sitting down, complained about the stairs, and appeared that he did not want to be there. He placed the boxes right in the entry of the rooms instead of lining them up along the wall or in a closet, so it was extremely inconvenient to move around while unpacking and getting settled in my home. I have used other movers in the past and have always been pleased. This was the first time I was pretty disappointed and felt it was a waste of money. I will not be using them for future moves.
