The good - They quickly unloaded my truck and were careful with everything. Very polite and easy to work with. The bad - They arrived 2 hours late, and I had to contact them multiple times to get any update on if they were even coming. They didn't follow instructions about where to put things, and there are several heavy boxes we'll now have to relocate ourselves to the correct level of the house, even though I hired them to do the heavy lifting. Bottom line, they got the truck unloaded quickly, but left me waiting 2 hours with more lifting and carrying to do.

Movers were ok but did not have any moving equipment at all . They also did not complete the move which posed a significant problem- do not use these people!

U-Haul did not communicate the details of my move. But that’s not the movers fault. These guys were friendly, fast and organized. I will use them again!

The movers were unprofessional regarding the way they handled furniture and did not appear knowledgeable about how to maneuver furniture in stairways nor through door ways. They were unmotivated to remove feet from sofa to assist in getting the couch in and out. They also stopped to take calls in between. When the service was done they hovered over me and pressed in my phone, as I was attempting to get their pay code. This made me nervous .
