Mike at Merchants Moving & Storage communicated well in advance about scheduling the unloading and gave me a choice of days. Parker and Miguel, the unloading crew, called me in the morning and again 15 minutes before arriving in the afternoon. They were thoroughly professional, efficient and friendly despite having worked at a long job in the morning. I tipped both Parker and Miguel in cash.
