They overbooked jobs, so while I made a reservation for a Thursday morning, they didn’t finally arrive until Friday evening. Communication was hit & miss. I had to initiate a call or text to find out what was going on. One of the feet of my electronic piano was broken at some point when it was unloaded. I should be able to fix it with SuperGlue. The guys were very friendly and polite and seemed to want to do a very good job. Would I recommend them to my friends and family? Probably not.

I was extremely happy with Massive Movers! They arrived on time on short notice and quickly got the U Boxes unloaded. They took care to make sure the carpets were protected and they moved items carefully. Very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Massive Movers.

Highly recommend. The movers were very professional, stayed in contact the day of the move so I was very clear on what time they would arrive. Once arrived the movers they were polite & followed all of our requests in terms of placement of items. Very efficient & lovely individuals.

Ronnie and Daniel were excellent in helping me unload. They checked in with me the morning of the move, showed up on time and worked hard. Would absolutely hire them again.
