Strong Arms by Sonny is completely unreliable. Not only was there zero communication about the crew being delayed. But then when the crew got here there were not the number we had hired and they were over an hour delay. They even told me they were not notified of the job until 350pm and they were supposed to arrive at 3pm. Then they damaged some of the wood work inside the house. The job was not done in the allotted time and if we had the number of people we had originally hired the moving truck would have been emptied. Sonny was awful with terrible customer service. Even though he failed to have things organized and the proper amount of staff, he called asking if we wanted to add additional time to our order. The nerve of this man. Do not waste time or money with Sonny. While the movers were extremely kind. They had wonderful work ethic but they lack the technical skills for moving. Instead of using the provided dolly, they hand carried everything taking up even more time.

Aj and Ty were both great quick, consistent, good customer service ( also with owner of company) handled by belongings carefully, . Went above and beyond. I would hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for great help in moving.
