Michael and his team are excellent! After a bit of a hiccup with timing for the load, the unload was timely and efficient overall great A. One of the guys could be a bit gentler handling furniture, etc.

Michael and his team are excellent! The only reason I downgraded a bit, the load portion was delayed by several hours, which turned out OK, but made for a bit of juggling with the entire schedule. The following day unload was timely and efficient. One of the guys could be a bit gentler with Furniture, etc.
