This was one of the most horrible moves I’ve ever experienced and the most frustrating part of it was I’ve used these guys before and they were exceptional. This time around they were 4 hours late, after I called to see when they would arrive I was told they didn’t think they were going to be able to make it because one of their movers called in sick. When they did show up it took 7 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment (by the way I had everything packed, furniture wrapped with furniture pads and plastic wrap so all they had to do is load and unload). I was given every excuse imaginable from you live too far down the hall, to people were using the elevator, delivery people were using the elevator (by the way which is not true, our packages are left in lock boxes in the lobby) to we had not eaten anything and the other excuses I don’t even remember. I would be very cautious about using this moving company. The only positive thing is they were respectful.

I was a little worried cause I never used the 2 helpers feature on Uhaul. But it turned out good and saved me some money in the process. Duke and his work partner were professional and friendly. It was easy to work with them and they worked hard to get the job done. The only issue is, it took awhile for him to text me back and set up a date and time cause they were busy helping other people move. Just have to keep reminding him and try to be polite about it. Then someone will reach out to you later that night. Small but good moving company to work with.
