I am unsatisfied with the work that was done they dropped some things and broke items. They also arrived late, but insisted they arrived on time which they didn’t and then said they worked past the 2 hours I wouldn’t have mind the extra hour added if it really was right and If they weren’t so reckless with my items. I feel they were not utilizing the equipment that I had rented and had told them to use as well and were not diligent in their work. Everything was all over the place in the truck and things fell over and a chair and a few other things almost fell on me when I opened the truck. I a single parent all alone with my young child was then pressured to be charged an extra hour I didn’t know what to do. I was afraid and just wanted to not feel that feeling anymore. I don’t ever want to experience that again. Wouldn’t recommend.
