The owner informed me the day of moving that the movers will arrive at 11 instead of 10. The movers arrived at 11.20am, and was unprepared due to a last minute change of personnel. They did not bring any tools to take apart beds despite this is one of the request I communicated with the owner over the phone prior to moving. After me calling around and scrambling to find tools for taking apart the bed, the movers said they were not told to take apart beds and that they would not put them back together. So they unloaded with my beds in pieces. The owner came the next day to assemble the beds. I paid him extra, but found out later the beds were not put together correctly, rendering them unusable. I attempted to contact them two times but both messages were ignored.

Paid for 2 people for 3 hours. Owner was working, helper was half helping. Asked for morning, worked from 215pm to 430pm (2.25 hrs), then he had ro get home to girlfriend. Promised to return Saturday to finish and no show. ‘I will return because my reputation is on the line.’ Glad I didn’t pay to rent another truck. What they did move, was done well. Wish I wouldn’t have given payment code before the job was finished. I’d planned on a cash tip, but kept it in my pocket.
