They told me I owe them $100.00 for each heavy Item they had to move. I was not aware of that was an added expense. I refused to pay and they left without finishing the move. They took the key to the U-haul truck, I had to call them to come back, and they did come back to give me the key. They did work very hard for 4 hrs. I was out of money for this move. I thought 445.00 was good pay.

Great moving help! The day that we had to load it snowed, I was late getting started and weren’t we completely done packing and getting everything together but Ray was very patient and nice about it. His friend was very nice and patient as well (sorry can’t remember his name) but I would definitely make sure to book with them and recommend anybody I know to use them. Thank you guys again!

Manager called his tone of voice with me was not very friendly and he mentioned about hours being added on from having to drive to my location and then after everything is done I will be charged for their drive back to their location as well. Was very confused. But the set appointment for move was at 8am. they called today to say they were coming later at 9 am that was ok with me. But then its 9 and they are not even here at 9 am. Now they are saying their arrival estimated time will be 10am. So I had to wait 2 hours and am panicking thinking are those two hours going to be added to the time am I going to get charged extra with no work even being done? I don’t know what to do. They arrived after 10. Some of my items end up being dropped and just feeling uncomfortable how some things are being handled. They got the work done, but I wasn’t really feeling comfortable with how things were handled and communication wasn’t good.
