Serenity Movers gave us the 5 star service. It was an incredibly hot day to unload 2 trucks as well as moving some things within our property. Jared got an understanding of what needed to go where and got to work. We were shocked that Jared, Ryan, and Nick got both 26' trucks unloaded (which included handling a very heavy safe) within 4 hours. The team was attentive, respectful and hustled like I have never seen hustle; working with such heart to ensure we were happy with where items were placed. We have a loft room and a basement and a lot of heavy boxes were remanded to one of these two areas. Ryan hustled like none other. By the time you get to an unload from a long distance move, you are tired at the start of unload. Jared and the team made a hard day easy - it is an honor to have met them and to watch them work. I will hire them again with a single hesitation. We were blessed to have their help getting settled in our new home!
