I can not speak highly enough about the professionalism and wonderful service from Mario and his team. They checked in ahead of time with me to ensure they knew everything I needed, worked quickly and efficiently while also maintaining friendly service. I give them props as it got much hotter than expected during my unload and they just kept pushing to make sure the job got right and wished me well as they left. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I hired 3 people for 2 hours and they showed up with only 2. Owner dropped the cart and it rolled down the ramp and hit my car. Mario the owner said he would fix the damage but he is dodging all calls. I believe this is a fraud business license and I will be pursuing damages and making sure he really is licensed. I gave him 4 days to make it right and he ignored me. I hope he reads this and comes to his senses by Monday or I am filing a police report as the storage facility has it on video as well.

Most companies contact you several days prior to needed service. I wasn't contacted until the night before. Requested service for the morning, said they would be there at 2pm, didn't arrive until 4PM. Very slow and after 4 hours told them to leave with truck only 3 quarter full. Scratched hardwood floor sliding refrigerator around. Walked into glass storm door twice and thought it was funny, have no idea how it didn't break since he hit that hard. Don't recommend.
