The cat tower was broken. One guy was trying to take it up the stairs with a moving strap. In doing this the base busted. I believe if they were both carrying the tower this wouldn't have happened.

The movers were polite and quick but damaged some of my furniture and didn't even tell me. I only noticed when I started putting rooms together later. My queen and full bed frame as well as queen head board were damaged with scratches and a huge fist sized chip in the queen frame
