We had the opportunity to use Gateway Movers during our unloading of our moving trucks. We knew we had very heavy bulky furniture and antique pieces and gave a heads up. Instead of two guys Donnie sent 3 to accommodate. Great communication and everything that needed to be done was done. Highly recommend this company for all your moving needs. Great job Deon, Tony, and Sean. We appreciate all the hard work.

They smashed my Samsung 55in TV & ripped apart my Shark Vacmop. I tried to contact them numerous times, but they won't respond. I thought they were nice at the time, but their refusal to answer me has destroyed any positivity I had. They have no idea how to pack & unpack. They packed glass dishes, unwrapped, in trash bags, along with pots, pans, & appliances. They packed my vacuums in a trash bag & ripped one in half. They packed my TV, completely unprotected, leaning on furniture, DESPITE the fact I had the original box & packaging right by it. I even told them to use it. But, they didn't. They just packed the box empty, in the truck, near the unprotected TV, next to bags of glassware, small appliances, cast iron pots, & other pans. So, casserole dishes have glass chips around edges, appliances dented, vacmop ripped apart, and my Samsung 55in QLED screen was crushed in 2 places & unusable, just black and green garbage. Also smoked marijuana WREAKED of it, halfway thru the job. BEWARE!
