We have worked very hard to establish a solid reputation in the community as a quality alternative to the large franchise moving companies. We offer the same levels of service but for hundreds less.
The employees that arrived were extremely professional, helpful, and quick. However, it wasn't made clear to us via your website or Moving Help that an unload was not INCLUDED with LaStar's loading. This cost us an additional $150 we weren't planning for. I would like to dispute this $150 and get a refund, if possible. Also, the movers were scheduled for 2 hours with us, and arrived an hour past the schedule time. They had an hour commute, but it was also not made clear by LaStar that this time would be part of our billed time. Better communication is needed from the company if we're to use their services again.

I have moved 11 times in the last 16 years. This was by far The WORST moving company to work with. They had horrible communication. I couldn’t get ahold of them by phone or text. They never returned my messages. They showed up 4 hours late on moving day. Granted, they got a flat tire on the way, but how does it take 3 grown men 4 hours to change a flat? We had estimated based on U-Haul’s website that we would need 7 U-boxes. We underestimated and needed more. But because they showed up so late, we didn’t have time to get more. I had trouble contacting Uhaul to get more. One of the workers said they would ask when they took my current boxes back. And then they ghosted me. I didn’t know if they were coming back or not. They loaded the 7 boxes, but they didn’t finish the job! I had to scramble by myself the next day (staying at a hotel with 3 young kids) to figure out how to pack the rest of my house. They almost cost my an extra $2,000. Would never have hired them if I had checked google

The guys were great! Professional and efficient and took some things down to the basement without complaint. Even though there were some problems on the U-Haul end, everyone stayed calm and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
