Big Helpful Gentlemen Moving

Ben called and confirmed the same day I scheduled the move. The only issue I had was the move was scheduled for 11 and I did not receive any form of communication until 12. But when they showed up they completed a job that I thought may take 3hrs in only an hour and a half. I have to say that I would definitely use them again and I understand that moving companies do not always have a secretary so delays are to be expected sometimes.

These guys were great!! They were very polite and communicative, they got our 26 foot U-Haul truck unpacked into our storage unit within our time we booked, as far as we can see nothing is broken or damaged. We would definitely hire these guys again.

1. Confusing scheduling, 2. Showed up late. 3. Contracted for 3 guys for 2 hours. Sent 2. 4. Younger guy was pretty good, but older guy literally was moving slow after 30 minutes. At one point, the older guy, just sat down in a recliner for about 45 min and drank gatorade. 5. Then they shorted us about 10-15 min at the end
