This was a disaster loading, the two guys that came took so long and I was charged for three hours, this is really unacceptable and worst still the loading was not done properly, we had to get a second vehicle to load the items. Without saying a word the company that offloaded in Chicago questioned who loaded us up. I believe this had been a rip off, only two guys within two and half hours were able to offload two trucks and put things away.

I can’t say enough about how happy we were with the service given to us by Flawless Moving with Damont and Tim. We ran into serious storms in our move which delayed our arrival by an hour. They stayed in touch with us as we navigated our delay and got us all moved in quickly before more heavy weather rolled in. We have used them in the past and will use them again in the future. Definitely choose Flawless!

After the first company I booked flaked out and didn't show, we were able to get Flawless booked and they arrived in less than an hour. Would absolutely recommend Flawless to anyone. And to mention the movers specifically, Ryan and Orlando were amazing today. Both extremely professional and quick. They knocked it out of the park with their service today.

I was really disappointed in the crew that came to help us unload. We carefully marked what room the boxes were to be placed in . . but two days later, I'm finding boxes marked garage in the kitchen, and other rooms are just as mixed. They just wanted to get the stuff off the truck and didn't bother to see what room to put it in. The crew lead seemed to care, but the others didn't and so I've spent the two last days carrying boxes from one room to another to unload them. It would have been so much better if they had simply read the boxes and put them where they belonged -- or asked where things went.
