The two-man crew sent by the company was about 30 minutes late and came unprepared. I had texted asking if help would bring handtrucks, furniture dollies, etc and was advised the crew would come prepared to pack a 26 ft. box truck large enough to hold a 3 bedroom house. Needless to say, the men showed up empty handed and had to use my two handtrucks. They were so inexperienced packing that they could NOT pack ALL my furniture. They waited until their time was up to inform me and had no time to repack to make room for the furniture instead of ASKING what to pack when the space started to dwindled. I had to spend $3,000 extra on a UHaul shipping container to get the rest of my furniture to my new home.. They packed so poorly 3 of 6 legs on my antique dining table were shattered. It is a TOTAL loss and can't be repaired. The damage to my other furniture is too long to list here. So in short, I regret hiring ALL STAR ASSIST, LLC. I trusted the wrong company. Don't make the same mistake.

Chris and his team were extremely helpful from start to finish. Once connected through the U-haul order, he reached out directly through text to confirm all the details. They even made sure we had the correct lock for our box going so far as letting my daughter follow them to the storage facility to make the purchase. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.
