The Owner and Helpers were prompt, courteous, friendly, swift and efficient. The Owner promptly contacted me, responded to me and communicated with me prior to, during and following the move. She oversaw and instructed the staff during the entire move. The Staff was respectful of my belongings and handled them with care. They unloaded my furniture quickly and packed them into storage systematically. I will be using this Company again in the future for any moving help I need. Excellent job! Definitely worth the higher rate.

Kristal and her entire team (Roland, Anthony, Michael, and Chris) did an excellent job with transferring my belongings from a storage unit to 2 UBoxes to be shipped out of state. Kristal has excellent communication skills and provided updates while they were at the U-Haul facility and could be reached by text or phone call very easily. This was the best moving experience I have had to date, and would highly recommend anyone looking for moving help to choose Lane Moving. Thanks again for all your hard work!
