They showed up almost 5 hours late due to the job before us running late causing me to have to pay for an extra day for my uhal. Once they showed up they more then made up for being late. They brought an extra person and got us unloaded in 45 mins.

Showed up on time and worked while they were there. Seemed to want to do a good job and I was happy with the work. Only gotcha was what I thought was an awful big up charge for moving a safe. They asked about safes and pianos when they confirmed schedule and explained the upcharge. I didn’t want to worry about trying to schedule with someone else, but I thought the up charges were excessive, nearly doubling the two person for three hour quote.
