The person coordinating called more than once to say they were at the specified location, but they were not. The movers were an hour late. After they had loaded the entire truck they THEN asked if anything needed to be tied down. We had ratchet straps available the whole time and they said they didn’t know how to use ratchet straps. So I had to crawl over EVERYTHING to get to the mom’s attic space to secure the boxes so they would not fall. Then I had to strap the stuff in the truck myself to secure it so it would not slide around during transport. I did way more work than desired.

Impressive team. Easy to coordinate change to a different unload location, on time, hard workers and very helpful in executing an unload strategy to match the available space in the storage facility. Highly recommend.
