This was the most recent perfect experience. This was our first time ever using a moving company. They came in and got the job done. Very productive and professional. We had them to load and unload. Amazing job. None of our items got damaged In process. I would hire them again for any move. Would highly recommend. We also hire 2 people and they brought 3. AWESOME SERVICE.

My scheduled move time was 9AM. The movers arrived to my location over 4 hours late. The person scheduling my move called and informed me that apparently my scheduled move time was confused with another scheduled move. I was given an ETA in 1.5 hrs. Nearly 3 hours later the movers arrived. Also, the address given to the movers was not the address I entered upon scheduling the move. The movers did a good job. Accurate and timely communication from the owner or scheduler would have been nice.

This was my second time using this company. The first time was outstanding. This time they were not quite as careful. There are several dents and marks on the walls that I will have to repair and repaint.
