The movers were originally scheduled to start unloading at 2 pm. We received multiple calls stating 'they were on their way.' Around 3-330 pm one employee showed up and started unloading the truck by himself. Chris was very respectful and was working really hard to get the truck unloaded. The other three finally showed up around 430 to help. Two of the employees were disrespectful to our belongings and were verbally disrespectful to each other. We purchased a brand new refrigerator prior to our move. It was still in the box when it was on the truck. When they removed the refrigerator from the truck, they decided they needed to removed the refrigerator from the packaging to get it into the house. Understandable. However, they damaged the front panels while trying to get it through the doorway. We expected more professionalism considering the loaders we hired exceeded our expectations vs the unloaders who were greatly disappointing. We were eager to get them out of the house.
