The movers arrived at a good time for a loading job. They worked quickly and were courteous, completing what we had anticipated as a 3 hr job in 2 hrs. But although my family has done a number of moves, our items received the worst damage by far during this move. We requested that the movers make good use of our furniture blankets but were surprised to find that only about half were used, making us suspicious. Weights were placed in furniture unwrapped and loose so they left gouges in an entertainment center. A desk beam was snapped in two. Several wood furniture pieces have large gouges in them because the load was not securely packed. Items in boxes marked fragile or very fragile were found at the bottom of stacks, and after opening, their contents were heavily damaged. Avoid if you value your furniture.
