Absolutely the worst experience in moving services I’ve had in more than a dozen household moves! Three very young men showed up and it became immediately clear only one had experience (Ricky) as he began immediately tracing the other two. Showing them everything, how to carry things, what order to take them out in, how to load the truck etc. Only one was serious, while the third played on his phone or stood around. It took five hours (booked four as it was two bedroom house move 20-mins away) and they left and broke items. They forgot the legs off a highboy dresser at the old house (never mentioned to me until I went upstairs after they rushed out). Broke an echelon exercise bike (removed the screen and lost a piece to reattach), again without saying a word. And left the top half of antique armoire at the old house as well! I feel like an idiot for giving them a cash tip but it explains why the left so hastily, wanted to get out before I went upstairs and found the damage and losses.
