The two guys came at the wrong time. They never got back with me to confirm the time. They just showed up and called me saying that they were at the location. They didn't know what they were doing. My 70 year old aunt, her husband, my cousin and I moved more items than the two movers. We had already took all of the stuff that wasn't heavy. All the movers had to do was move all the heavy items which wasn't much at all. They dropped one of my boxes that had several expensive vases in the box and broke them. They kept standing around like they didn't know what to do or how to load the truck. The were wasting a lot of time doing nothing. Then told me that they had another job to do that they weren't going to be able to complete the job. I had to end up hiring new movers to get the job completed. The new movers got everything done in 30 minutes. We didn't have to tell the what to do, we didn't have to touch anything to help them. I deserve to have a full refund.

They were very friendly and kind. They were very fast at loading the truck. However, after driving a while, I looked in the back of the truck and everything had fell into one big pile of a mess. The truck was only half-full. So, I don't know if this is normal. I think they should have packed it better or used ropes or something to tie it down. I offered ropes, a bungee cord, velcro straps, etc. for them to use, but they didn't use it. The only things that stayed in place were the boxes in The Mom's Attic part of the 15-foot truck.
