Do not use these movers!!! I had 2 movers. The one mover, Prince, was great at his job. Chaz could barely lift anything. They had problems moving the leather sofa. I realize it was heavy, but it was delivered by 2 men when purchased. They could not figure out how to get the sofa out of the door. This sofa could not have the back removed for moving since it was power. Chaz lifted the sofa on the end at the bottom where the support is instead of lifting it on both sides. The support brace broke and the leather sagged. The also damaged the leather getting it out of the front door. The move should have taken 1 day, but ending up taking 2 days and costing me more time for labor and the extra day of rental for the moving van. Chaz also dropped a box that was marked fragile and it was like he dropped in on purpose. Now I find out the mover is no longer in business and I have a damaged sofa.

Dresser drawers were taken out of dressers, after we were in the new house they weren’t put back in drawers were later wherever including 1 left in the garage. The owner was on the phone multiple times during the move understanding he’s the owner it slowed things down. Even though everything could have fit in one trip it still ended up being 2 because of the way the truck was packed. Stuff from the house that was moved from were left and I had to make 2 trips with my personal vehicle. This is not including a few odds and ends we said we’re staying at the residence. 3 pieces of furniture including a month old tv stand fireplace were damaged. The half wall at the top of the stairs of the old house is damaged and looks like the couch was scraped across the wall. Just overall unhappy and it’s sad because even though it didn’t go well the staff were very nice.
