It was very frustrating, they insisted on showing up earlier than scheduled, I was not ready for them and was not able to take down or remove things that needed to be packed, making it so they had to do it. then was informed AFTER the job that I was being charge nearly $400 more than the amount I was expecting and signed up for. U-Haul was packed very poorly. Items were broken and tons of empty space not allowing me to fit everything in the U-Haul that I needed to and forcing me to rent a 2nd U-Haul and incur even more expenses that were not anticipated. I would NOT hire these people again.
