Here at 3Brothers Moving we pride ourselves on being very professional at what we do. We treat your property and possessions as if they were our very own.
The team showed up half an hour late and I only discovered they would be late because I called and asked what the holdup was. They also showed up with 1 fewer mover than I had booked (I had reserved 4). Additionally, one of the guys proclaimed he was not an employee, but just a friend of the staff so he showed up so they wouldn’t be 2 people down. As a result, the process took an hour and a half longer than expected, and it would have taken a lot longer had myself and my family not started helping. The team comped the additional time, but I had reserved more people, effectively saying that my time was worth nothing. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because I do understand that the movers that showed up were a little hamstrung by the lack of help they had, but they still weren’t the most efficient group of movers I’ve had. If the full team showed up, I likely rate them higher, however I am not aware of how this company works when the proper people show up.
