Overall the movers were great! Not accusing them of intentionally moving slow to milk the clock but, the owner of the company’s helper contributed about 15 percent of the labor required for this move. Maybe that’s their arrangement and they got it done in the 3 hours I hired them for. However, I’m 100 percent confident had I not added an hour the day before, it would’ve been done in two hours if the owners helper helped the entire time. My neighbors kid took it upon himself to volunteer to help while I took a trip to get drinks for all of us. I didn’t like that one bit. I didn’t like that my moving help allowed him to help them. I had serious liability concerns. What if this kid got injured or if he damaged my property? I actually do have to file a claim and I’m worried they might say my neighbor did it. Because once he showed up the owners helper pretty much stopped working. I’ll give 5 stars because they communicated well, showed on time, and got it done in the time allotted.
