These guys met us even though there was some confusion due to a hurricane and late arrival. They waited for us to arrive and stayed to make sure everything was unloaded with care and efficiency. I highly recommend them and commend their hard work and careful standards witnessed.

Arrived at the perfect time for my move and completed the job efficiently and in record time. I asked for a 5pm start time - I arrived with my van at 445pm and they arrived at exactly the same time that I did. Perfect!

When the movers finally showed up approximately an hour after the scheduled time, although very respectful, one appeared to be high on something, and the smell of cologne that was used to try to cover the smell of weed was overwhelming. My husband independently loaded the truck for the most part prior to them showing up. When I contacted Carlos, the presumed owner, he apologized but basically said sorry for your luck. He then threatened to cancel the movers, suggesting that I find someone else. Since I had to wait an additional hour to fully load the truck I incurred further costs for additional rental time. While the movers were willing to help for an additional hour, they requested that I just pay them directly, and not go through U-Haul! Nawwww I’ll pass, thanks for the hour and forty minutes of work that I paid two hour rates for!! I guess you get what you pay for!!
