Cartus N Sons LLC

I don't know what happened but it seemed the only people trying to facilitate the move was cartus n sons. No help from the delivery team at uhaul at all. Customer service center at moving help was also outstanding

I have use many moving companies through U-Haul and this was the worst experience I have ever had . I was literally told that they were not moving my bins to where I asked. The misappropriation for a black female was out of this world. I watched one mover not even really assist, and then them both struggle with a memory foam mattress that I easily had to fix myself because the purposely placed it where I did not ask them too. If U-Haul is actually reading this I would remove them from your companies listing .

They never finished the job, I foolishly paid them in advance. They are crooks and do not hire them.

Ron and Ty were great to work with. They communicated well when the job was scheduled, showed up on time and were very efficient in getting our things moved in. They even helped us get our bed set up when we needed the extra help. Would highly recommend!
