Everything worked out in the end but definitely started out very disappointing. I paid for 2 helpers for 2 hours because I knew my boyfriend had to work the night before and was mainly just helping me with the U-Haul. However less than 2hrs before our scheduled time, I was informed there would only be one helper as the second helper was basically MIA. While I understand an employer can only do so much to get an employee to show up to work, I booked this reservation 3 wks in advance so I feel like there should have been assurance that I would get what I’d paid for. Also, because my boyfriend and I helped unload the U-Haul, the job was done in about a half an hour when I had paid for two hours, and the loader was pretty much ready to just leave. After I asked him if he would be willing to help me rearrange some of the larger items due to the fact that I paid for two hours for two helpers and it was just him myself and my boyfriend who unloaded everything in 30 min, He did stay.

Highly recommend. They were efficient, courteous and took care of my belongings. Not only did they unload my truck, they also moved a bunch of things that were already here down to my basement storage.
